Strictly no returns unless the item is not authentic.
Online purchase
Returns will not be accepted unless the item is not authentic or not as described. Please inspect the item and any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. The item is deemed accepted by you thereafter. Returned items must be in the same condition (including the original packaging & accessories) in order to receive a refund. Refund will not be granted if the item has been used prior return.

Do you offer layaway/payment plans?
Need to spread the payment over a few months? We offer a payment plan to spread the payment over 2 to 3 months for an additional admin fee.
To reserve, place a 20% deposit (of the bag price) together with the admin fee. The remaining 80% balance can be paid at any time during the payment plan period. Once this balance is settled, your bag will be dispatched immediately to you. If you fail to make the payment in full before end of 2 months, the deposit will be forfeited.
