How do I place an order?
Contact us via Instagram / Facebook / Whatsapp.
Pay via your preferred payment method and send us a screenshot of payment confirmation. We need 20% deposit to reserve the item, with the remaining payable within 7 days.
Once the full payment is cleared, we will process your order. We will arrange for the item to be dispatched within 1-2 business days. If you are based in Singapore, you can also collect your item at our office.
In the event that we are unable to process your order, we will inform you as soon as possible to arrange a refund.
Is price negotiable?
Our price is fixed and price quoted is the lowest that the consignor will accept.
How do I reserve a bag?
We can reserve a bag for you for 7 days with a 20% deposit (of the bag price). The remaining 80% balance will need to be settled during this period before we are able to dispatch the bag to you. The deposit is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another item.
Unfortunately, we are not able to hold an item without a deposit.
Where do your bags come from? How can I be sure that the bag is genuine?
Most of our items are from our local clients or our partners in Japan. Before we list them on our platforms, all our bags are authenticated independently by both Entrupy and qualified authenticators with years of experience in the industry.
I have changed my mind - can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, not. We are unable to cancel the order and refund if you change your mind. Please be 100% sure about getting the item before you make a payment.
Why is my order cancelled?
Unfortunately, there are times where we have to cancel your order. For example, if the item is no longer in stock or there is an error related to the condition, inclusions, or price. We will inform you as soon as possible to arrange a refund.
Can you source a bag for me?
Certainty! Let us know your budget and requirements and we will let you know when we find a match.
Do you offer bag spa/bag repair service?
Not at the moment.
