Singapore: Grab or in-house for S$20. For orders above S$5000, complimentary weekday afternoon delivery can be arranged

Overseas: Price shown includes DHL shipping to the country you select on the website

International - Does your price include parcel insurance?

Our price excludes parcel insurance. It is highly recommended to purchase parcel insurance which covers lost or damages with Secursus. https://www.secursus.com/en-gb/

International - Does your price include import tax/duty?

Our price does not include any import tax/duty. Please contact us to find out more about your tax obligations.

What is your return policy?

Strictly no returns unless the item is not authentic.

Online purchase

Returns will not be accepted unless the item is not authentic or not as described. Please inspect the item and any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. The item is deemed accepted by you thereafter. Returned items must be in the same condition (including the original packaging & accessories) in order to receive a refund. Refund will not be granted if the item has been used prior return.
