Which courier do you use? Can I collect my order at your showroom?

You can collect your order during our opening hours. For those who opt for delivery, we aim to dispatch your order within 1 to 2 business days.

Does your price include shipping within Singapore?

Door to door delivery: SGD$20
Orders above SGD$5000: Complimentary weekday afternoon delivery. If you need delivery to arrive at a specific timing, we can arrange for additional SGD$20.

International - Does your price include international shipping?

Shipping fee varies by country & order value. Please choose your destination country on our website, place the items in the shopping cart to get an estimate on shipping.

Orders above a certain value includes DHL shipping.

International - Does your price include parcel insurance?

No, our price excludes parcel insurance. We do not take responsibility on any lost or damaged items.

International - Does your price include import tax to my country?

No, import tax is generally linked to the declared value of the shipment. Please contact us to find out more about your tax obligations.

International - Do you ship to Philippines or Indonesia?

Yes we do, via DHL. However, our Philippines & Indonesian clients typically arranged specialist courier which provide a door-to-door service to Philippines/Indonesia. The below are some of the couriers used by our clients.

What is your return policy?

Strictly no returns unless the item is not authentic.

Online purchase

Returns will not be accepted unless the item is not authentic or not as described. Please inspect the item and any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. The item is deemed accepted by you thereafter. Returned items must be in the same condition (including the original packaging & accessories) in order to receive a refund. Refund will not be granted if the item has been used prior return.
