You can collect your item during our opening hours. For those who opt for delivery, we aim to dispatch your order within 1 to 2 business days.

Does your price include shipping within Singapore?

Door to door delivery within SG: SGD$20.
Complimentary delivery is available for orders above SGD$5000 within Singapore. Delivery is typically made between Tuesday-Friday, in the afternoon. Other timings will be on best effort basis and is not guaranteed. Guaranteed delivery can be arranged for additional fee. Please speak to our team for details.

International - Does your price include international shipping?

What is your return policy?

Strictly no returns unless the item is not authentic.

Online purchase

Returns will not be accepted unless the item is not authentic or not as described. Please inspect the item and any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. The item is deemed accepted by you thereafter. Returned items must be in the same condition (including the original packaging & accessories) in order to receive a refund. Refund will not be granted if the item has been used prior return.
