What's the process & turnaround time?

- Authentication scan takes 15 minutes.
- Bring your bag home and the result will be out in 1 working day.
- Authentication certificate will be issued via email if the bag is authentic. If the bag is unauthentic (unverified), letter of evidence can be provided (fee applies).
How does it work?
Entrupy uses both machine learning & artificial intelligence to objectively assess the authenticity of an item. A set of microscopic images will be collected during the scan. This will be compared against millions of images from authentic and counterfeit items.
The AI will either verify the item’s authenticity or return an “unverified” result.
How much does the authentication cost?
SGD$80 per item.

What should I do if the bag is not authentic?
Entrupy can provide a letter of evidence (fee applies) stating the reason of inauthenticity. The letter of evidence is widely accepted by the police, court, and credit card company to help you get your money back from the seller.
