What's the process & turnaround time?

- Bring your bag to our showroom for a scan which takes 15 minutes.
- Take your bag home and the result will be available in 1 working day.
- If the bag is authentic, we will send the Entrupy authentication certificate via email. If the bag is not authentic, you can request a letter of evidence* to help you get your money back with the seller.

It is highly recommended to have the bag authenticated before buying from anyone.
How does it work?
Entrupy Authentication uses a combination of artificial intelligence and microscopy to objectively assess the authenticity of an item. When the item is scanned using our proprietary device and app, a set of microscopic images are collected, then our machine learning algorithms compare them against a database containing millions of records from known authentic and known counterfeit products. Based on the results of this comparison, the AI will either verify the item’s authenticity or return an “unverified” result. Each scan from an Entrupy device becomes part of the database, further training the algorithms and making our solution smarter and more accurate.

What should I do if the bag is not authentic?
Entrupy authentication certificate will not be issued. However, Entrupy can provide a letter of evidence, for a fee, stating the reason of inauthenticity. The letter of evidence is widely accepted by the police, court, and credit card company to help you get your money back from the seller.
